User Guide: Travel Request Approval User Guide
This application addresses the process of approving travel requests, primarily when air flight is required. It lets employees follow a standard process for getting their travel requests approved.
Employees can use this process prior to booking their travel plans, or after the reservation was made but before it is booked. Managers can review the employee's justification and this process to quickly assess the cost benefit analysis of the trip.
Because Serena Business Manager provides an end user interface that works with a Blackberry® device, managers can approve these requests while they are away from their desks.
