Sample Application Registration

The Customer Reference Application lets both Sales and Marketing personnel find referenceable customers for interviews with the press, analysts, and prospects. It consists of a repository of customer success stories that can be searched to find an appropriate reference, and a workflow to seek approval to use a customer as a reference.

This application is created to work with Serena Business Manager On-Demand environment.

Note: To test this application or build an application that calls Salesforce.com Web services, you need an appropriate Salesforce.com account, such as the Enterprise, Unlimited, or Developer editions. These are the only editions that have access to the Salesforce.com API and WSDL.
