Join us for our upcoming webinar as Serena unveils the SBM powered Serena Service Manager solution. The webinar will incorporate a brief discussion on the latest features in the Serena Service Manager solution and the following demo scenario.
A business user (customer) and a technical (service desk) user: we will follow the process of the customer accessing the Service portal, submitting a ticket, checking the status and showcasing the integrated knowledge base. We will then show how the technician transitions the ticket, associates a configuration item, assigns and begins the work – encompassing Incident, Problem and Change Management.
