We have several options for this year's Federal Boot Camp, following the 2012 Federal User Group. Using Remedy for your Service Desk and thinking of moving to Serena Service Manager instead? We have a migration session for that! Looking to perfect your techniques and tricks using Serena Business Manager (SBM) or Team Track? We have two different sessions for that, depending on your level of familiarity! Choose from Remedy Replacement Workshop, Advanced Level or Virtuoso Session courses.This event is only open to 2012 Federal User Group participants.

Remedy Replacement Workshop
Instructor: Kathy Culver, Federal Solutions Architect, and Cliff Jones, ITSM Solution Specialist, Serena Software 

What You Will Learn:

1. Hands-on System Orientation: creating, modifying, agility, adding new services
2. Migration Best Practices
3. Building a Business Case: Hardware costs, maintenance costs, admin costs, customization support costs

Advanced Level
Instructor: Steve Roberts, Managing Principal for Consulting Education, Serena Software     

What You Will Learn:

1. Automating workflows through the use of Actions and Triggers
2. Tips and tricks to creating easy-to-use forms and reports. Topics covered will include Advanced Control Use and Java Scripting
3. Script Replacement and Automation through Orchestrations will be presented

Virtuoso Session*
Instructor: Kelly Shaw, Federal Solutions Architect, Serena Software 

What You Will Learn:

1. Learn how to expose other databases in SBM using WSO2.
2. Dropping Google and Widget Box gadgets into your flows.
3. Using JQuery to enhance SBM (adding masks into field forms, embedded relational reporting, etc).

*NOTE: This is a master class. Attend this level only if you have completed an Advanced SBM education or training courses, or are a super user. This session focuses on how to better leverage SBM inside the enterprise.
