Serena's Federal customers create and maintain software applications running in some of the most difficult environments in the world. In this webinar we will show how customers can use SBM (TeamTrack) to automate the front-end phase (initial CR capture, routing to correct product team, Change Control Board approvals) and when fully vetted, submit the approved CR's to Dimensions CM to provide ties to source code, builds, releases and ultimately, deployment. The tie back to SBM (TeamTrack) then allows the originating "ticket" to be closed out, with the result that automated end-to-end visibility and traceability is achieved, updated with important details often used for management reporting.

This approach yields significant benefits to DOD (and other Federal) organizations that need to ensure strong governance, an easy to follow audit trail, and superb reporting.
